Applying for Police clearance certificate so as to get a ONGC pass to work in Bombay High

In order to work in Bombay High you require a ONGC pass. You may work directly for ONGC or a subcontractor.

In order for your company to apply for this ONGC pass a Police clearance certificate i.e PCC is required.

You have to apply at the Police station for this. I've just applied for this in Pune and am outlining the application procedure.

The following documents are required:

1. Original letter from your company addressed to The Police Comissioner asking for a PCC
2. Passport xerox
3. Ration card or electricity bill xerox
4. school leaving certificate xerox
5. Demand draft for Rs 100 in favour " Commissioner of Police Pune City"

Take all the originals along.

Timing are 10 am - 1 pm for submission

I went there at 11 am and with 15 people ahead of me, finished at 12: 05.
